Payment is due at the first of the month for the full month of lessons (typically 4 weeks, sometimes 5)

I maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy

If you have a conflict and need to cancel a lesson, let me know asap so we can reschedule if possible

If we are unable to reschedule that lesson, the amount will be carried over to the next billing period

If a cancellation happens under the 24 hours, the fee is forfeited

Illness happens. Please reach out asap to let me know if you (or your child) are not well and we will make the lesson up at another time or carry the amount over to the following month
